We welcome a somewhat different coffee to our portfolio. While our focus has been on introducing our customers to coffees from our compatriots, our family has never ruled out the possibility of occasionally working with coffees from other places, as long as they meet one of our key requirements: quality in the cup.

Here, we introduce our coffee, grown and decaffeinated in Mexico!

This coffee is the Catuai and Typica varieties, which originated in Brazil and southwestern Ethiopia respectively. It highlights the unique notes of each variety, such as citrus, sweetness, and spices. These flavours and aromas are preserved even after the decaffeination process.

The caffeine in this coffee was extracted under carefully controlled conditions of flow, temperature, pressure, and vacuum, using a mountain water-based saturated solution that allows the caffeine to be separated from the beans through osmosis. The caffeine was then removed from the water using a special filter and dried slowly through a triple drying system.

In recognition of the decaffeination method using mountain water, and in homage to one of the most important rivers of the Northeast that beautifies the landscape of Durham City, we present Wear Decaf Coffee.

Our Wear coffee was selected from among other options because it delivered wonderful flavours in the cup, perfect for enjoying when caffeine is no longer welcome in your body.
