TERMS OF SERVICE

**Acceptance of Terms:**

The laws of England govern the terms of service. The customers agree to abide the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service (TOS).

**Product Descriptions:**

All specific information for each product, such as ingredients, flavours, roasting degree, roasting date, and batch number are detailed on the back of the coffee packages. Additional information can be found by scanning the QR code assigned to each product, which is linked to our website.  

We recommend consuming our products within 6 months from the roasting date. After this period, the product, if stored properly, is safe to be consumed. This 6-months period is deemed to be optimal to preserve its main attributes such as aroma and flavour profile.

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place, and keeping the lid fully closed. If transferred to a container, this should be tightly closed. Please be aware that our packages and labels are fully recyclable. Information such as net weight and company details are included in our labels.

Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop reserves the right to update the product information contained in our package label or website as judged convenient.

**Pricing and Payment: **

The price of our product varies according to the product and weight. Our prices are calculated based on the price we pay for green coffee, import duties, freight, packaging, staffing, and service time.

Shipping fees apply to the final value. To know more about shipping fee please read section “Shipping and Delivery”.

At checkout, the customer will be asked for an email address, where they will receive receipts and any other relevant notifications. The customer also has the option to sign up our email list to receive our monthly newsletter, blog updates, sales, or seasonal deals. Customer can unsubscribe at any time.

We offer different methods of payment, such as: Credit/debit cards, Stripe Online payment platforms, Bank transfers, Cash on delivery (if applicable), Applepay.

During checkout, after selecting the preferred payment method, the customer will be asked to enter payment details (e.g., card number, billing address) and confirm the payment. Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop states that all its customers will have their payment information protected as our website uses a safe SSL encryption mode. In addition, all their personal information is protected and will not be shared or misused in any other purpose without the consent from customer. Once the order is received and the payment process is completed, a confirmation email and order receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

Before completing the order, the customer will have the opportunity to review the information chosen and entered on the checkout page. Customer is encouraged to read our store policies regarding return process, terms of services, and privacy policy. These can also be accessed afterwards if required.

**Order Acceptance and Confirmation:**

After completing a purchase, the consumer will receive an order confirmation via email. Once processed, the customer will receive another email notification confirming that the order has been dispatched and fulfilled. At Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop, our team is dedicated to maintaining the utmost accuracy in our services. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that errors can occur, and we reserve the right to decline an order if it cannot be processed further. In such instances, the customer will be promptly contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.

**Shipping and Delivery: **

I. Shipping is available for all the UK via InPost. If the delivery is to an InPost Locker or Shop, it should arrive within 3 working days. For deliveries to a home address, the parcel should arrive within 4 working days.

II. Customers can choose to order online and pick up their orders directly at our store located in Willington (DL15 0PF) during opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Additionally, customers across the UK can enjoy free shipping on orders over £23 when they use the discount code 'FREE23' at checkout. In the case of using the discount code, the order will be still delivered using InPost, with an estimated delivery time of up to 5 working days.

Please note that potential delays may occur depending on the status of courier services. If disruption in is foreseen, we will use an alternative courier.

**Returns and Exchanges:**

For information regarding returns and exchanges, please visit our "Return Policy" page. It's important to note that our return policy has specific timeframes and conditions for product returns. Please be aware that refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted if customers do not adhere to their responsibilities outlined in the policy.

**Intellectual Property:**

Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop holds all copyrights pertaining to our products, trademarks, logos, and website content. Any use of our branding by customers requires explicit permission. Violation of copyrights will have legal repercussions.

**Privacy Policy:**

For information regarding how customer data is collected, stored, and used, please visit our "Privacy Policy" page. Beware that Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop only collects strictly necessary customer data, which is used solely for the specified purposes clarified at the time of collection. We regularly review customer data and will either delete or update it with the customer's authorisation. Rest assured, the data provided by customers is safeguarded by SSL encryption and will never be shared with any third parties. In the unlikely event of a breach, customers will be promptly contacted for clarification and provided with future recommendations.

**Liability and Disclaimers:**

Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop disclaims liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our products. While we take utmost care in sourcing and roasting our coffee beans, we cannot guarantee individual reactions or outcomes, or taste preferences of the coffee. By purchasing and consuming our coffee, customers agree to hold Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop harmless from any liabilities, including but not limited to, adverse health effects.

**Force Majeure:**

Either Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop or customers are liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond their control, which may affect the fulfilment of the Terms of Service (TOS).

**Updates and Modifications:**

Coffea Espression Roasters & Shop reserves the right to update and modify the terms when necessary. Any updates or modifications to our terms will be communicated to customers via e-mail when deemed essential. It is important to highlight that the continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
