This coffee pays tribute to the famous sycamore tree, a historic and stunning landmark that stood in our region (the North-East of England) until very recently. Sadly, and inexplicably, it was deliberately chopped down, marking an unfortunate event in the Roman-built Hadrian's Wall landscape. The Yellow Bourbon tree is considered one of the cultivars with the greatest genetic potential to produce high-quality coffee. Grown above 1000 masl in the south of Minas Gerais, this naturally processed coffee results in a caramel touch accompanied by a black cherry finish.
